My name is Tina Katherine Kipp and I am the principal at Cathedral Chapel School.  I have been principal at Cathedral Chapel School for the past nine years.

I am proud to say that I am a product of Catholic education having attended Catholic schools from kindergarten all the way through to my Master's Program in Education at the University of San Francisco.  I was educated by the Daughters of Charity, the Sisters of the Holy Names and the Jesuits.

My teaching experience includes pre-school through eighth grade and I have had the privilege of teaching at the following schools in the Archdiocese of Los Angeles:  St. Anthony in San Gabriel, St. Gerard Majella in Culver City, St. Mark School in Venice, and St. Cyril of Jerusalem School in Encino.  After completing my Master's in Educational Administration at the University of San Francisco, I have served as principal at Our Mother of Good Counsel School in Los Angeles, Holy Angels School in Arcadia, and Cathedral Chapel School in Los Angeles.

Cathedral Chapel School is a very special school that has grown tremendously over the past ten years.  Our students continue to excel academically evidenced by our consistent championships in the Archdiocesan Academic Junior High Decathlon in 2002,  2005 and 2008.  When we haven't won FIRST PLACE, our school has always placed in the top ten out of 100 schools.  The faculty, staff, students and parents are a family who live their Christian faith through word and example.  We challenge our students on a daily basis to be faithful Christians, life-long learners, effective communicators, integrated individuals and responsible citizens.  We believe that a Catholic education is truly an advantage for life!
